What we expect from you:
Gather, analyze and document business requirements and functional requirements.
Map, model and optimize processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
Act as a liaison between the client and development/technology teams.
Prepare documents such as functional specifications, use cases, user stories, flowcharts and prototypes.
Support the development team in understanding requests and defining appropriate technical solutions.
Participate in backlog prioritization, contributing to decision-making together with stakeholders.
Validate deliveries, conduct functional testing and support user acceptance.
Coordinate, directly and indirectly, the service and relationship with clients, brokers and partners, aiming to capture business needs that can be integrated into the technological journey of the digital platforms for the surety insurance product.
What you should have/know:
Knowledge in Insurance, with a focus on Surety Insurance.
Experience in underwriting large specific risks for Judicial and Traditional Surety Insurance.
Experience in broker support/service.
Work model:
Hybrid (on-site twice a week) – South Zone (São Paulo/SP).
