Hybrid model – 2 days on-site (Berrini region – São Paulo/SP, Brazil)
We are looking for a professional to join the UW GI & CI division, focusing on projects and continuous improvement, ensuring process efficiency and alignment with business priorities.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, supporting prioritization and resolution of demands
- Implement and maintain the company’s project management standards
- Identify process optimization opportunities and ensure controls throughout execution stages
- Manage multiple projects and improvement initiatives from start to finish
- Develop budgets, timelines, and project documentation alongside technology and underwriting teams
- Support approval and governance processes
- Plan and structure processes
- Track issues and act on root cause analysis
- Monitor deadlines and SLAs
- Prepare status reports and follow-up documentation
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in insurance companies in product, operations, projects, or continuous improvement areas
- Knowledge of insurance workflows (from sales to claims settlement), including products, policies, and general conditions
- Intermediate English
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Azure DevOps
- Experience with project management and agile methodologies (Lean, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking)
Nice to have:
- Postgraduate degree or MBA
- Experience in transport insurance
- Knowledge of I4PRO system
