What you will do:
- Work closely with the Development team, supporting the construction and continuous improvement of applications.
- Expand and evolve CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform troubleshooting using APM tools.
- Work daily with cloud technologies, mainly AWS.
- Optimize service costs and performance.
- Work continuously to ensure the reliability and security of services.
- Analyze and propose architectural improvements for services.
- Propose and build workflows that can be automated.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Knowledge of AWS services: Cognito, Aurora PostgreSQL, EKS, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, EC2, DocumentDB, SNS, and OpenSearch.
- Messaging/Streaming: RabbitMQ, SQS, Kafka, and Kinesis.
- Infrastructure as Code knowledge: CloudFormation and Terraform.
- Kubernetes knowledge: resource rightsizing, provisioning of new services, optimization of existing services, and Kubernetes architecture.
- Knowledge of Windows Server (AD, IIS, Windows Services).
- CI/CD knowledge: Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
- Scripting/programming knowledge: Shell and Python.
- Strong communication skills to promote a DevOps culture.
- Passion for learning new skills that can help drive the company’s technology roadmap.

- Cloud: GCP and Azure.
- CI/CD: AWS Stack and GitLab CI.
- Databases: SQL, NoSQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Development: Kotlin, Java, Go, and experience with Spring Boot.
- Observability: Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, New Relic, and Dynatrace.
