  • Sales Management: Administration of the sales force with productivity tracking, goal setting, and sales funnel management.
  • Data Capture and Organization: The portal offers flexibility to capture and structure data from various sources, layouts, and technologies.
  • Access Control: We allow the configuration of a hierarchy of access by user group. This enables clients to set up a view where brokers see only their own production and goals, while Brokerages and Agencies can view the production and information of all their brokers under management.
  • Dashboard: A graphic and intuitive view to monitor information such as Issued Premiums, Payments made/received, Sales Funnel, Compensation by Line, Overdue Policies, and Upcoming Renewals. It also includes a summary of Active Policies, Open Proposals, and Paid Commissions. All data can be filtered by Period, Line of Business, Brokerage, or Insurer.
  • Sales: Integration or linkage to the sales tools used by Brokers, whether pre-packaged and predefined products or more complex front-office systems. This feature delivers a better UX through centralized access and information in a unified environment, streamlining users’ sales workflows.
  • Queries: Ability to search proposal and quote data in progress, issued policies, and endorsements, with multiple filters and segmented visualizations to better identify the desired data.
  • Broker Registration and Management (Corporate or Individual) and Their Users: Interactive menu for user registration and access hierarchy configuration for consolidation, including adding registration data and enabling/disabling users.
  • Commissions: Dedicated panel for managing paid, receivable, and payable commissions, with historical tracking to ensure better monitoring and information management.
