What you will do:
Deliver demonstrations of the digital Surety Bond platform to insurers, brokers, partners, and clients
Support the sales team in pre-sales processes
Gather client requirements and business needs
Define and specify new market-driven product features with a business-oriented approach
Act as a bridge between the sales, product, and technology teams
Stay updated on market trends and best practices in the surety bond industry
Participate in status meetings, weekly meetings, and related discussions
Keep internal manuals, as well as the product backlog and roadmap, updated
Support initial training sessions and onboarding when necessary
We would love if you have:
Knowledge of system integrations (APIs, workflows, automation)
Previous experience in digital transformation projects within the insurance market
