We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work on strategic projects, acting as a bridge between business and technology areas, ensuring the delivery of efficient solutions aligned with client needs.
What you will do:
- Gather and analyze requirements with the involved areas;
- Prepare technical and functional specifications;
- Lead system validation (UAT) processes;
- Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team, ensuring proper understanding and implementation of requirements.
What you need to have/know:
- Experience in the insurance market;
- Experience with implementation of back-office systems, ERPs, and core systems;
- Advanced or fluent English;
- Advanced or fluent Spanish.
