We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM Functional Analyst to join strategic initiatives focused on the HR ecosystem, contributing to the support, evolution, and modernization of SAP HCM solutions.
We are seeking a professional with solid functional experience, a strong systems perspective, and the ability to work closely with Business and Technology teams, translating business needs into efficient, scalable solutions aligned with the organization’s objectives.
What will you do?
- Provide support and contribute to the evolution of the SAP HCM environment.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Map and analyze HR processes.
- Define functional solutions to meet business requirements.
- Monitor integrations between systems, APIs, and messaging platforms.
- Participate in technology modernization and evolution projects.
- Work closely with technical teams and business areas to ensure solution alignment.
What do you need to know/have?
- Solid experience with SAP HCM.
- Experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering, and HR processes.
- Experience supporting and evolving SAP HCM systems.
- Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and messaging platforms.
- Ability to interact effectively with business areas and technical teams.
- Strong systems perspective and experience in modernization projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders.
It will be a plus if you have:
- Knowledge of or experience with Java or C# development.
- Experience with integration architectures and APIs.
- Experience in SAP HCM transformation and modernization projects.
