We are looking for a Senior Functional SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Analyst to work on strategic initiatives related to the HR ecosystem, contributing directly to the support, evolution, and modernization of SAP solutions.
What will you do?
- Work on the functional analysis, support, and evolution of SAP solutions focused on Human Resources processes;
- Participate in requirements gathering and analysis, translating business needs into functional solutions;
- Work with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and SAP ECC environments;
- Support projects focused on the modernization and evolution of the SAP ecosystem;
- Work with integrations, APIs, and messaging, in collaboration with technical teams;
- Interact with different business areas and stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and solutions;
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for process and system improvement and evolution.
Requirements
- Solid experience with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and SAP ECC;
- Experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering, and HR processes;
- Experience supporting and evolving SAP solutions;
- Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and messaging;
- Experience working with business areas and technical teams;
- Strong systems perspective and experience with modernization projects;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
